LEAN

Lean was designed in 2021. The name is a reference to its purpose and function;
a lounge chair to lean into, and further, to recline. The challenge with Lean was to incorporate an intricate mechanism into an elegant swivel chair. The design language was intentionally classic in approach. Its function was meant to be unimposing and invisible. Lean needed to success as an object first.

The combination of feather filled back and seat are supported with multiple foam layers and high back profile with articulating headrest, create a sophisticated level of comfort. The die cast four-star aluminum base is made in Northern Italy and provides Lean with lightness and swivel articulation. Actuation buttons are hidden out of sight ergonomically positioned between seat and arm.
